  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of apricot jam
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • 1 cup of milk


For the sauce:

  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/3 cup of hot water
